Seeing a restaurant claiming to make American food, in the vicinity of Paris, made me raise an eyebrow. My curiosity was then met with a red flag when their menu advertised poutine with melting cheese (everybody knows, or should know, that this cheese should be daily fresh, and certainly not melt). And yet I was brought there anyways by a singular picture I had came across while inspecting reviews. What caught my attention was their so called Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. Showing the aforementioned picture to the sole employee didn't net me a name for the dish, so I tried their Signature version of the sandwhich. And what a surprise it was: tender fresh bread, just as tender marinated chicken, accompanied by a cheese sauce, a generous serving of avocado, and some crispy... well I don't know what the crispy was and can only assume they were fried onions, but they added just the perfect touch of texture to an otherwise very tender sandwich. All in all, a very satisfying meal, with some rare-to-find wavy fries as a side. So while I have little doubt that this was in no way an authentic Philly cheesesteak sandwhich, it was well worth the trip. Hopefully my version of the picture will in turn convince someone to go try out this surprising meal.

Really tasty and juicy burger. Fries are homemade too. We were there on Saturday and only one man was working alone but he was very polite and welcoming, did his job very well. One of the best place around Paris so far :)

Decided to try this place after seeing some pictures on Instagram. The food was amazing. Couldn't fault it. Everything was full of flavour and portion size was great. The staff are really helpful and welcoming. The owner is an amazing guy and went out of his way to recommend other things we could do. 100% recommend.

Love the phily cheese steak sandwich. I have tried it both on ubereats and surplace. Its so much better to have it there ! Quit small and cozy and the sandwich was totally worth the trip

Best fries I've had in a while. The smashed burgers were incredible, amazing crust on the meat. Affordable price, especially for the quality of the food. Very kind and lively staff, amazing experience.

Amazing food! Great take on the American classics. Stumbled upon M.S Factory after walking about a mile away from the PSG stadium. I had a burger with poutine fries. My buddies had the philly beef. Both are amazing and all the poutine fries are great. I highly recommend you try this spot out. Presentation is also great.

This is the best american style restaurant I've been to in Paris. Everything's amazing, the cheddar, the fries, the burgers, the phillys, EVERYTHING! My personal favourites are the chicken tenders and the bbq wings.
